About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, Wooden 3D Jigsaw Puzzles is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at the 6+ band. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
MOQ is 10 pcs; lead time is about 7 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
