Your artwork on a wooden puzzle
Most of the range can carry your logo, your box and your barcode without new tooling. MOQ from 100–300 pieces for a custom run.
What can change without new tooling
- Print artwork on the board (UV print) or on the pieces
- Paint colour matched to a Pantone or a physical sample
- Box: colour box, kraft box, window box, display carton
- Barcode, importer text, warnings, manual
- Logo engraved on the reverse
What needs a new die line
A new board shape, a new piece count for the same artwork, or a shaped puzzle needs a die. We quote it as a one-off line, keep the die on file, and the cost falls away on repeat orders.
Timeline
Artwork and die line approval: 3–5 working days. Custom sample: 7–10 working days after approval. Production: 15–35 days after sample sign-off. A first custom run is usually 6–8 weeks door to door; repeats are faster.
What we need from you
Vector artwork or a print-ready file, the colour reference, the packaging dieline (or we draw one), the barcode and the importer details. If you only have a reference product, we can work from that.
