The checks that matter are the boring ones: fit, edge, paint, small parts, documentation.
What we check
Piece fit against a go/no-go gauge. Edge and corner sanding. Print registration and colour against the approved sample. Paint adhesion and cure. Small-parts classification for the declared age band. Carton count and gross weight against the order.
What we supply
Per model: EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) test reports as required for the destination market, plus a declaration of conformity where the buyer needs one. Reports travel with the quotation, not after the order.
We will not put a CE mark, an age grade or a material claim on a product unless the report behind it exists.
