The workshop
A puzzle workshop in Yunhe, Zhejiang
We make wooden puzzles and nothing else. That is the whole strategy.
What we do
Puzzle Wooden Toys is a wooden puzzle manufacturer based in Yunhe County, Lishui, Zhejiang — the part of China where most of the world's wooden toys are made. Our range is 1,600 puzzles across eight types, from a 12-piece toddler board to a 1,000-piece adult jigsaw.
We do not make building blocks, ride-ons or plush. Concentrating on one category is what lets us keep the range deep: the same cutting, sanding, printing and packing lines run on every SKU, and the same QC checks apply.
How we work
We quote from the product page, sample in 3–7 working days, and produce in about 15–35 days after approval. MOQ starts at 10 pieces per SKU because a first order should be a test, not a bet.
Most of what we supply is a version of a catalogue product with a buyer's logo, colours and packaging. Where a buyer needs a new shape, we quote the die as a one-off line and keep it on file.
