Custom puzzle packaging
A puzzle is a flat object; the box is what makes it a product. Dieline, print, barcode and carton marks are all part of the same conversation.

What we need from you
- Dieline (or the board size and we draw one)
- Print-ready artwork with bleed and die marks
- Colour reference: Pantone, CMYK values or a physical sample
- Barcode (EAN/UPC) and importer text
- Shipping marks and carton quantity
Print method
Offset for volume colour boxes; digital for short runs and for samples. Lamination is matt or gloss; a soft-touch finish is available at higher MOQ. We print the dieline marks on the waste area, not on the visible panel.
Barcode and compliance text
The barcode, importer address, warnings and age marking are printed from your artwork. We check that the barcode scans and that the age marking matches the test report for the model before the run is released.
Carton marks
Export cartons carry your shipping marks: SKU, quantity, gross weight, dimensions, country of origin and any handling symbols you require. The carton data on each product page is measured, so the marks match the goods.
