Part of our Jigsaw Puzzles range, Wood Jigsaw Puzzle Dress up Figure Clothes Change Toy for is a wooden jigsaw puzzle designed for children from three years. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
Orders start at 1 pcs, with about 7 days in production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
