About this puzzle
A wooden jigsaw puzzle for older children and adults, 1000-Piece Jigsaw Puzzle Personalized Photo/Logo Wood Toy for Corporate Gifts & Events is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
MOQ is 500 pcs; lead time is about 30 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
