About this puzzle
1000pcs Mini Wood PC Jigsaw Puzzle Brain Teaser PVC Paper Materials Free Logo Game sits in the Jigsaw Puzzles range as a wooden jigsaw puzzle for the 3–5 age group. It is a 1000-piece set. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 1 pcs, 7-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
