About this puzzle
A wooden jigsaw puzzle for children from three years, Soft Wings Oasis Irregular Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle 185-Piece Square Wood Toy 3D Texture is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Orders start at 10 pcs, with about 7 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
