About this puzzle
A wooden jigsaw puzzle for children aged six and up, Rainbow Joy Chinese Traditional 3D Wooden Puzzle Kit Kongming Luban Lock Brain Teaser is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
It is quoted at MOQ 20 pcs, with production around 9 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
