About this puzzle
A wooden jigsaw puzzle for children aged three to five, Picture Jigsaw Puzzles Personalized Photo is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the jigsaw range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 500 pcs, 31-day production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
