About this puzzle
Part of our Jigsaw Puzzles range, Giant Wooden Puzzles 500/1000/1500 Pieces Laser Cut 3D IQ Puzzle Toy of Dumper is a wooden jigsaw puzzle designed for children aged six and up. It has 1500 pieces. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 3 pcs, 7-day production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
