About this puzzle
Mind-Bending Brain Teaser Wood Puzzle with Intricate Patterns, Expert Level is a wooden jigsaw puzzle in our Jigsaw Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.
It is quoted at MOQ 1 pcs, with production around 5 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
