About this puzzle
This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Jigsaw Puzzles range and is built for the 5–8 band. Piece count is 500. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 300 pcs, 15-day production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
