About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, Magnetic Puzzles for Wooden Jigsaw Book for and is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at the 3–5 age group. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
MOQ is 10 pcs; lead time is about 7 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
