About this puzzle
This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Jigsaw Puzzles range and is built for the 6+ band. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the jigsaw range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 1 pcs, 15-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
