A wooden jigsaw puzzle for children from five years, Plywood Wooden Puzzle Laser Cutting 3D 186 Pieces for Business Gift is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It has 186 pieces. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
It is quoted at MOQ 10 pcs, with production around 15 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
