Part of our Jigsaw Puzzles range, Personalized Six Wooden Board Jigsaw Puzzle 50 Pieces Hand-Held Toy 5-7 is a wooden jigsaw puzzle designed for children from five years. It has 50 pieces. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
MOQ is 120 pcs; lead time is about 31 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
