About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, Manufacturer Clear 1000 Pieces Wooden Puzzle is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at the challenge shelf. The set runs to 1000 pieces. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
MOQ is 100 pcs; lead time is about 15 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
