A wooden jigsaw puzzle for toddlers and babies, EN71 Toys Board Children 3D Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle Under 50 Pieces | Daycare is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It has 50 pieces. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 100 pcs, 50-day production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
