About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, 1000-Piece Puzzle with EN71 Certificate Made of Wood and Paper for Fun for Print or Logo is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at the 3–5 age group. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 1 pcs, 25-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
