About this puzzle
CPC CE Certified Wooden Puzzle Set for Kindergarten Gifts and Rewards is a wooden jigsaw puzzle in our Jigsaw Puzzles range, made for children from about 12 months. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
It is quoted at MOQ 100 pcs, with production around 20 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
