About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, 9 Piece Wooden Puzzle Toy for and is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at children aged one to three. The set runs to 9 pieces. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Orders start at 100 pcs, with about 20 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
