About this puzzle
60 Piece Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle Toy for Kindergarten Logo Iron Box for Home and Classroom sits in the Jigsaw Puzzles range as a wooden jigsaw puzzle for the early school years. It is a 60-piece set. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
MOQ is 2 pcs; lead time is about 35 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
