About this puzzle

In the Tangram & Pattern Puzzles range, Children Wooden Iron Box Tangram Geometric Animal Shape Jigsaw Puzzle Education Matching is a wooden tangram puzzle aimed at the under-three band. It is an open-ended geometric puzzle rather than a single picture.

The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Orders start at 3 pcs, with about 31 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

About 31 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.

Where the set is a tangram it uses the classic seven-piece proportion; pattern block sets are the larger geometric assortments.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
