About this puzzle

Part of our Tangram & Pattern Puzzles range, Hot Sale Board Game Tangram Accept Puzzle Jigsaw Wooden 3d and is a wooden tangram puzzle designed for toddlers and babies. It is an open-ended geometric puzzle rather than a single picture.

Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 5 pcs, 25-day production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 5 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 25 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this the standard seven-piece tangram?
Where the set is a tangram it uses the classic seven-piece proportion; pattern block sets are the larger geometric assortments.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
