About this puzzle
120 Pieces 3D Creative Shape Wooden Pattern Blocks Jigsaw Puzzles for Children Shape sits in the Tangram & Pattern Puzzles range as a wooden tangram puzzle for the preschool band. The set runs to 120 pieces. It is an open-ended geometric puzzle rather than a single picture.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 20 pcs, 25-day production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
