About this puzzle

11 Pieces Tangram Chess Game Brain Teaser Hexagonal Wooden Boards Geometric Shape is a wooden tangram puzzle in our Tangram & Pattern Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It has 11 pieces. It is an open-ended geometric puzzle rather than a single picture.

Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.

MOQ is 10 pcs; lead time is about 25 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 10 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 25 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this the standard seven-piece tangram?
Where the set is a tangram it uses the classic seven-piece proportion; pattern block sets are the larger geometric assortments.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
