About this puzzle
Tangram Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle Toy Teaching Aids Color Cognition Blocks Game is a wooden tangram puzzle in our Tangram & Pattern Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It is an open-ended geometric puzzle rather than a single picture.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 30 pcs, 8-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
