About this puzzle

Brain Teasers Wooden Tangram Blocks Toy Geometric Puzzle is a wooden tangram puzzle in our Tangram & Pattern Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It is an open-ended geometric puzzle rather than a single picture.

The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 48 pcs, 25-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 48 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 25 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this the standard seven-piece tangram?
Where the set is a tangram it uses the classic seven-piece proportion; pattern block sets are the larger geometric assortments.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
