About this puzzle

A wooden tangram puzzle for toddlers and babies, Creative Games Tangram Play Wooden Puzzle Toy for Child is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is an open-ended geometric puzzle rather than a single picture.

Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 500 pcs, 45-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

FAQ

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 500 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 45 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this the standard seven-piece tangram?
Where the set is a tangram it uses the classic seven-piece proportion; pattern block sets are the larger geometric assortments.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
