About this puzzle

Part of our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, Wooden Shape Matching Puzzle Animal Sorting Stacking Toys Shape Sorter is a wooden shape sorter designed for children aged three to five. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 40 pcs, 15-day production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
