About this puzzle
This wooden shape sorter belongs to the Shape Sorter Puzzles range and is built for the preschool band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
It is quoted at MOQ 100 pcs, with production around 5 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
