About this puzzle

Part of our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, Wooden Leaf Puzzle Toys Shape Matching for is a wooden shape sorter designed for children from about 12 months. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.

It is quoted at MOQ 20 pcs, with production around 20 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
