About this puzzle
Unique Shape 3D Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle with Animal Theme for Family Education sits in the Shape Sorter Puzzles range as a wooden shape sorter for the 6+ band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
Orders start at 3 pcs, with about 5 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
