About this puzzle

Part of our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, Shape Matching 3D Animal Wooden Puzzle Board for is a wooden shape sorter designed for children aged three to five. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.

Orders start at 500 pcs, with about 45 days in production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
