About this puzzle
Part of our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, Obo Wooden Shape Sorter Stacker for Geometric Matching Puzzle Board Jigsaws 50 is a wooden shape sorter designed for toddlers and babies. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 10 pcs, 7-day production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
