About this puzzle
NovaCross Logo Personalized Name 3D Shape Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle Toy for is a wooden shape sorter in our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, made for toddlers and babies. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 1 pcs, 25-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
