About this puzzle
Wooden Toys Count Geometric Cognition Match Boards Puzzle is a wooden shape sorter in our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, made for children from three years. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
It is quoted at MOQ 10 pcs, with production around 12 days. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
