About this puzzle

In the Shape Sorter Puzzles range, Wooden Education Infant Puzzle 3d Shape Geometry Matching is a wooden shape sorter aimed at the preschool band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.

MOQ is 40 pcs; lead time is about 15 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

MOQ is 40 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 15 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
What age is this sorter for?
The band on the page reflects the piece size and the small-parts grade; four-shape boards usually start at 12–18 months.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
