About this puzzle

Part of our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, Materials Toy Wooden Block Shape Puzzle Blocks is a wooden shape sorter designed for children aged three to five. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.

It is quoted at MOQ 3 pcs, with production around 5 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

How long is production?
About 5 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.

Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
