About this puzzle

In the Shape Sorter Puzzles range, 3D Wooden Puzzles Unique Shape Jigsaw for Family Button Closure is a wooden shape sorter aimed at the preschool band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 50 pcs, 30-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

MOQ is 50 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 30 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.

The band on the page reflects the piece size and the small-parts grade; four-shape boards usually start at 12–18 months.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
