About this puzzle
This wooden shape sorter belongs to the Shape Sorter Puzzles range and is built for the preschool band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the shape sorter range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
MOQ is 100 pcs; lead time is about 7 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
