About this puzzle
Colorful Wooden Puzzle Board Layer Shape Recognition Shape for is a wooden shape sorter in our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, made for children from about 12 months. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 30 pcs, 32-day production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
