About this puzzle
A wooden shape sorter for children from three years, Children Wood Jigsaw Puzzles Game Animal Transportation Shape Matching 3D is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the shape sorter range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
Orders start at 10 pcs, with about 7 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
