Best Gift Wooden Puzzles Full Size A3 A4 A5 Unique Shape Puzzle Pieces Animal Series

About this puzzle

Part of our Shape Sorter Puzzles range, Best Gift Wooden Puzzles Full Size A3 A4 A5 Unique Shape Puzzle Pieces Animal Series is a wooden shape sorter designed for children aged three to five. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.

MOQ is 16 pcs; lead time is about 10 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
