About this puzzle
Wooden rainbow Chunky Puzzle Colorful 26 Word Alphabet Board Jigsaw for 3+ is a wooden peg puzzle in our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
Orders start at 36 pcs, with about 15 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
