About this puzzle
This wooden peg puzzle belongs to the Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range and is built for children aged one to three. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
It is quoted at MOQ 70 pcs, with production around 14 days. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
