About this puzzle
In the Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, Shine Pep Education Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle Toy for Preschoolers 2-4 Years Pegged is a wooden peg puzzle aimed at the preschool band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the peg & knob range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
Orders start at 50 pcs, with about 31 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
