About this puzzle
In the Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, Designs Wooden Puzzle Hand Grabbing Boards Digital Animal Fruit Matching Boards Knob is a wooden peg puzzle aimed at the 3–5 age group. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Orders start at 100 pcs, with about 10 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
